Commissioned by the Copenhagen Metro Company as part of the project Byens Hegn.
The original major Happy Wall was created on the walls of the metro construction site of Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen. It consisted of 1728 wooden pixels which could be flipped to display messages, pixel art and other in major scale in the public space. A privilege usually reserved for major cooperation and brands. In the year that Happy Wall was up at Kongens Nytorv, more than a million people interacted with it.
